When will my order be shipped?

We ship your order 5-7 days after payment has been processed, Monday through Thursday. If your order is placed on a Friday or a national holiday, your purchase will be processed on the next business day, Monday.

How do I track my order once shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

When should my order arrive? What must I do to receive it?

Your package should arrive within 2-4 business days for orders to US addresses, depending on the selected shipping method.  A signature is required on delivery. As of August 1, 2020, delays may be common as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. 

What is not covered?

We cannot be held responsible for late shipments due to Acts of God or carrier delays. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If I chose the payment plan, when will my hair ship?

When you purchase your hair it will start processing time and be shipped out on 5-7 business days. You will continue to pay the hair off even after you received it.

If I miss a payment, on my payment plan. What do I do?

You must contact  SEZZLE https://sezzle.com/contact-us/shopper-support. This is a third party company, we do not handle payment plan processing.
