When will my order be shipped?

We strongly encourage customers to order their hair at least 2 weeks prior to any hair appointments or other event. This eliminates unnecessary stress that is placed on the customer and our hard working processing team, as we ship orders out in the order that they’re received. Products process and ship within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days for processing during sales.

How do I track my order once shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.

When should my order arrive? What must I do to receive it?

Your package should arrive within 7-10 business days for orders to US addresses, depending on the selected shipping method.  A signature is required on delivery. As of August 1, 2020, delays may be common as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. 

What is not covered?

We cannot be held responsible for late shipments due to Acts of God or carrier delays. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If I chose the payment plan, when will my hair ship?

When you purchase your hair it will start processing time and be shipped out on 5-7 business days. You will continue to pay the hair off even after you received it.

If I miss a payment, on my payment plan. What do I do?

You must contact  SEZZLE https://sezzle.com/contact-us/shopper-support. This is a third party company, we do not handle payment plan processing.
