Where can you ship orders? Who covers customs duties?
We can ship to most international physical addresses. Please inquire upon order. You are responsible for any customs duties or other country-accessed taxes. Packages may be held at the border for inspection or other reasons, which may cause a delay in delivery. Check with your country’s local customs bureau to learn more.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship your order 5-7 days after payment has been processed, Monday through Thursday. If your order is placed on a Friday or a national holiday, your purchase will be processed on the next business day, Monday.
How do I track my order once shipped?
A tracking number will be sent to the email provided at the time of purchase.
When should my order arrive? What must I do to receive it?
As of August 1, 2020, long delays in international shipping are common as a result of the coronavirus pandemic and depend on the selected shipping method and country.
What is not covered?
We cannot be held responsible for late shipments due to Acts of God or carrier delays. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
